Job Description:
CACI is seeking an Enterprise Engineering Lead (Senior) to provide technical leadership and expertise in overseeing IT solutions and project activities for USSTRATCOM's enterprise engineering initiatives. This role will manage Tier 3 operations and sustainment (O&S), lead capacity planning, and ensure secure, high-quality IT project delivery across the command's lifecycle. Experience with DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) is a plus, particularly with transitioning to the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to align with evolving DoD standards. Nettrain experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to support training and simulation systems. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Engineering Lead, Senior:
- Oversees the technical aspects of Tier 3 O&S support, IT Project activities and leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement IT solutions
- Manages and aligns all technical and IT management Workflow Engineering (Standard Change)
- processes to the contractor's approved SEMP to deliver standard solutions and deliver CM products to the Government
- Leads Information Technology (IT) capacity planning and service design to ensure services have the necessary resources
- Ensures the end-solution meets security requirements and gains Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Provides problem management services IAW established USSTRATCOM policies and standards
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting all functional requirements
- Manages technical decision-making, guiding the team through complex technical challenges
- Ensures adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS + 7 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Required 8140 Certification : 802 - Advanced (Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification) OR applicable ABET-accredited/CAE-designated degree OR equivalent training OR Foundational Qualification Alternative (DoD Component Waiver).
- Required Certification : Must obtain INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) within 6 months of hire.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise engineering initiatives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments while managing multiple priorities.
