The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Software as a Service (SaaS) and External Accounts Lead to oversee the development, implementation and management of SaaS solutions and external account services for USSTRATCOM. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise and strong leadership skills to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with command objectives.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. CACI is seeking a Senior Software as a Service (SaaS) and External Accounts Lead to oversee the development, implementation and management of SaaS solutions and external account services for USSTRATCOM. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise and strong leadership skills to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with command objectives.

Responsibilities:
Software as a Service (SaaS) & External Accounts Lead, Senior:
- Manages account access to internal/external networks and services for USSTRATCOM
- Includes ticket tracking and account management/request processing to add, modify, suspend, or remove accounts IAW external service providers, including DIA, DISA, and others as required
- Performs regular account audits to verify ongoing need to maintain accounts and access for all external/cloud service user accounts
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years in software development, SaaS management, or IT services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Advanced; FITSP-O or GICSP or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or SSCP; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), software development methodologies, and project management tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
