Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a Task Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of task order activities under the Defense Health Agency's (DHA) Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS) program. This high-impact role requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and executive-level client engagement to ensure alignment with DHA's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
As the Task Manager supporting DHA BOESS, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence across a mission that directly impacts the health and readiness of our nation's service members.
Expected 5-year contract contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the primary liaison with government leadership, managing task performance, personnel, and program delivery.
- Lead talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and team development to align with mission needs.
- Oversee business operations and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), resource utilization, milestones, and deliverables to ensure contract compliance.
- Provide strategic insights to government stakeholders, mitigating risks and recommending improvements.
- Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project schedules, financial forecasts, and resource allocation for optimal contract execution.
- Ensure contract compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and federal/DoD compliance standards.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven executive leadership in managing federal programs successfully.
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust with senior government officials.
- Deep understanding of government contracting, operations, and program management.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Strategic mindset with expertise in change management and adaptability in complex environments.
- Financial proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead distributed teams in high-pressure settings.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
- Familiarity with Agile, traditional project delivery models, and hybrid environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years managing federal contracts, with 5+ years in a leadership role (Task Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Lead).
- Experience supporting legacy systems and enterprise modernization projects.
- Proven track record engaging with healthcare, defense, or government stakeholders.
- Eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies and performance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- PMP or PgMP certification (highly desirable).
- Experience with Defense Health Agency (DHA) or federal health organizations.
- Familiarity with DoD health IT systems, federal acquisition, and reporting requirements.
- Background in workforce development, change management, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience creating executive dashboards, metrics, and data visualization tools.
