Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier LLC is actively seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to provide executive-level support and administrative leadership for the Defense Health Agency's Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS) This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of the business office, supporting contract performance, and optimizing day-to-day processes that directly impact the executive leadership team.
The selected candidate will serve as a trusted point of coordination and communication across departments and stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. This is a dynamic opportunity to support a high-visibility federal mission focused on health readiness for service members.
Expected 5-year contract contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee and streamline administrative and operational workflows to support business objectives within BOESS.
- Manage office logistics including high-level scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, correspondence, and records management.
- Provide direct support to senior leadership through the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentation materials.
- Track contract deliverables, performance metrics, and support related documentation to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain adherence to DHA and DoD policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and follow-up.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong ability to manage executive-level tasks with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in people and project management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and drive operational improvements.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in all deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or a directly relevant industry (e.g., administrative operations, executive support, office management).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols and the mission of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior-level government executives in a federal contract environment.
