Job Overview: Lead the configuration, management, support, and optimization of COTS products used across the organization, particularly focusing on Atlassian Data Center applications, ensuring enterprise standards, consistent usage, and effective plugin implementation.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) at the enterprise level

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in managing, configuring, and customizing Atlassian products for large organizations

  • Demonstrated experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and automating processes using tools like Jira Automation and REST APIs

  • Demonstrated two (2) years of experience in leading a team of administrators and providing tiered support for Atlassian tools


Key Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian Data Center products configuration and administration

  • Strong understanding of workflow design, permission structures, and custom field configuration

  • Experience with plugin management and customization

  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (Groovy, Python, etc.)

  • Knowledge of API integration and extension

  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and practices

  • Excellent communication and training skills for supporting users

  • Ability to establish enterprise standards and drive adoption


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

  • Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator, etc.)

  • Certifications in IT service management or enterprise application administration
