Job Summary
- Seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) / Tester to support a team of software developers and engineers in building a full-stack web application on AWS. The role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of the application through rigorous testing processes and collaboration with the development team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and design data pipelines to support an end-to-end solution
- Review application requirements and technical documentation to identify test cases and test data needs
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to understand the cause and resolution of defects
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers and stakeholders on software usability and functionality
- Mentor and oversee junior test analysts to ensure the growth of next-generation technical resources
- Participate in test team meetings, discuss progress, and troubleshoot issues
- Support developers and clients on testing-related inquiries
