Job Summary

• Seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) / Tester to support a team of software developers and engineers in building a full-stack web application on AWS. The role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of the application through rigorous testing processes and collaboration with the development team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and design data pipelines to support an end-to-end solution
• Review application requirements and technical documentation to identify test cases and test data needs
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers to understand the cause and resolution of defects
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers and stakeholders on software usability and functionality
• Mentor and oversee junior test analysts to ensure the growth of next-generation technical resources
• Participate in test team meetings, discuss progress, and troubleshoot issues
• Support developers and clients on testing-related inquiries

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
