The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Integrated Product Support (IPS) Manager to lead logistics and sustainment efforts for an ACAT Level II US Navy SIGNET program. The IPS Manager will drive the integration of critical functions, including Earned Value Management (EVM), Budgeting, Provisioning, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM), Level of Repair Analysis(LORA), Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Maintenance, Sparing, Training, Environmental, Occupational Safety, And Health (EOSH), System Safety, Sustainment Engineering, And Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages(DMSMS).

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the product support team.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement support strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM): Implement EVM processes to track program performance, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee sustainment budgets, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring fiscal accountability.
  • Logistics Engineering: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
  • o RAM Analysis: Oversea RAM analysis to enhance system performance and sustainment to maintain an Operational Availability (AO) of 95%.
  • o LORA: Conduct a Level of Repair Analysis to optimize maintenance strategies.
  • o Maintenance Management: Design maintenance plans for operational (O-Level) and depot (D-Level) readiness.
  • Provisioning: Manage provisioning to ensure timely availability of parts, leveraging expertise in Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) and Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) for Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD). Develop cost-effective sparing plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Training: Support training programs to equip US Navy personnel with operational and maintenance skills.
  • IETM: Oversee development and maintenance of IETMs to support system operations.
  • EOSH & System Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health standards while mitigating risks.
  • Sustainment Engineering: Enhance system performance and lifecycle through sustainment initiatives.
  • DMSMS: Address obsolescence risks to ensure long-term supportability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and program management teams to align IPS with program goals.
  • Ensure adherence to DoD policies, regulations, and acquisition frameworks.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business, or related fi eld (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years in DoD logistics, sustainment, or IPS roles.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance.
  • Experience with EVM, Budgeting, and Program Management
  • Working Knowledge of Logistics Engineering, RAM, IETM, LORA, EOSH, System Safety, Maintenance concepts and related IPS disciplines.
  • Experience with some of the following related documentation and activities:
  • o Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
  • o Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
  • o Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plans.
  • o Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • o Technical Manuals/Training Support packages.
  • o Logistics Demonstrations
  • Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment policies.
  • Proven project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Established Active Clearance
  • DAWIA Level I, II, or III Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,100-$171,900
