CACI is seeking a VIP Support Administrator Lead responsible for leading the team providing high-level IT support to the Senior Executives and VIPs associated with USSTRATCOM. This role involves managing and overseeing IT operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and maintaining secure and efficient IT environments. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads priority VIP support team supporting USSTRATCOM's Executive Communications Team, including processing trouble tickets and issues identified through Executive Communications
  • Provides full range of end-user computing devices, end-user computing peripherals, end-user client software, and digital printing services support for Executive Communications Team
  • Handles VIP incident responses and direct taskings supporting Executive Communications with higher priority and urgency in the Command and Control Facility (C2F), residences, and the Pentagon Liaison Office
  • Works in collaboration with Government staff to collectively meet established performance objectives
  • Supports and sustains end-user devices and communications for senior decision-makers, including end-user computing and telephony devices
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in IT or related field with 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on executive-level support
  • Required 8140 Cert: 411 - Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training AND Additional Cert: ITIL4 or CompTIA A+ desired or obtained within 6 months
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clearance Required Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
