ASRC Federal requires a highly motivated Senior Test Data Programmer to support the ASTROS Contract. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage test data information from the test stand to the customer. We support the testing of incredible propulsion systems at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.
Responsibilities:
Review test data systems analysis to ensure the proper tools are in place and functioning.
Receive assignments from Senior Engineer or Project Manager and work to completion providing status updates as needed.
Able to provide feedback to site Engineers and Technicians to assist in building a functioning test data system.
Will be required to serve as part of the Test Team.
Must be able to develop relationship with buildup crew and create a strong team environment.
Develop testing protocols and ensure all test sites understand the protocols.
Familiar with test hardware and software and the ability to diagnose issues.
Provide routine briefings to Senior Engineer, Site Scheduler, Customers and Program. Management of all assigned tasks related to Test Facility Build up.
Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LabView and Allen-Bradely is a plus.

Must be able to obtain a DOD secret clearance.

Education/Experience
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related Engineering Degree
- 5+ years of experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Work overtime with little notification
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and extreme cold.
