Behind the scenes, our Facilities team ensures the physical environment empowers innovation and security. We're actively seeking a Facilities Operations Analyst with a focus on space planning to support operations, optimize workspace efficiency, and help manage contractor engagements and infrastructure projects-all in support of national defense and technological advancement.
The Work
As a Facilities Operations Analyst - Space Planning, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our site's spaces are used effectively, projects run smoothly, and systems stay updated and accurate. '
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing space utilization and planning across warehouse, manufacturing, and office areas.
Creating and managing work orders in LM Buildings and ensuring data accuracy within the system's database.
Leading or supporting facility-related projects through LM Buildings project management tools.
Overseeing contractor performance, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and scope requirements.
Supporting Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and purchasing activities aligned with internal policies.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure facility needs are met efficiently.
Providing after-hours and on-call facility support to maintain seamless site operations.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS-SCI w/CI Poly U.S. Security Clearance.

Bachelor's degree in a related field , with 2+ years of professional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and dependable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask effectively and manage shifting priorities.
Experience with procurement processes and purchasing.
Understanding of space requirements across warehouse, manufacturing, and office environments.
Ability to support after-hours/on-call facility needs.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Buildings system (work order creation, project tracking, database updates).
Experience interacting with various levels of Lockheed Martin leadership and external customers.
Knowledge of LM policies, processes, and systems including Teams, SharePoint, and Concur.
Hands-on experience managing facilities-related projects and coordinating contractors.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 2 years of professional experience;
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS-SCI w/CI Poly U.S. Security Clearance.
Experience with procurement systems and process, i.e., P2P(Procure to Pay).
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Basic understanding of warehouse, factory/manufacturing/assembly, and office space requirements.
Must be able to support after-hours/on-call Facilities support.
Desired Skills:
Masters Degree in related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works well with people, demonstrated dependability and is approachable.
Experience interfacing with all levels of Lockheed Martin and LM's external customers. Self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates flexibility.
Experience with in-depth working knowledge of LM processes, procedures and protocol.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly focused on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Familiarity/proficiency with Teams, SharePoint and Concur a plus.
TS-SCI w/CI Poly Security Clearance.
Experience with LM Buildings or Building Management Systems

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
