The Opportunity:
This your chance to experience Germany and Europe during all it's splendor! The Computer Support Administrator will install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, PC software, cables, and connectors across multiple networks. Install and maintain baseline software configurations. Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks. Provide technical support for computers and associated networks. this position is Full-Time supporting USAFRICOM in Stuttgart, GE.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD

Required:
- Active and Current Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire a Top Secret SCI Clearance if required.
- Pass TESA Bachelors Degree with 3 years of experience, Associates with at least 7 years ot experience, High School Diploma with at least 11 years experience.
- COMPTIA Security+ with CE and COMPTIA A+ or higher Microsoft Certification
- 3+ years of IT customer service/support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and complex computer/network related issues
- Ability to work in high visibility, fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining decorum is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately recall policies and procedures
- Can demonstrate knowledge/experience in using Active Directory, applying group policies and similar administrative functions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask
- Familiarity with, and can use Microsoft Windows productivity software (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) to accomplish daily tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in tight spaces requiring stooping, bending and beneath desks
Desired:
- General technical experience in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of an IT environment
- Possess good communication and customer support skills
- Shift work (Capable of working night shift and weekends.)
