We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on political issues and military topics that affect regional and transregional security issues and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- As a Target Materials Analyst, you will have the opportunity to conduct Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) using direct, registration (controlled tie), multiple image geopositioning (MIG), and resection (uncontrolled tie) techniques on a variety of target types, requiring command directed NGA validated mensuration tools, to support employment of precision guided munitions.
- Conduct and assist with weaponeering solutions using approved tools and/or guides to achieve desired damage criteria.
- Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and produce required graphics.
- Submit collection requests as required to satisfy target material requirements.
- Perform targeting analysis to accomplish Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), produce BDA products, and assist with combat assessment.
- Identify and nominate no-strike entities to assigned database.
- Conduct hard and deeply buried target analysis and prepare related products.
- Provide recommended input to DOD and CJCS Manuals/lnstructions, USCENTCOM/policies/ SOPs, and standards for TM production as required.
- Coordinate with external/internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.
- Respond to RFIs.
- Prepare and present briefings as required.
- This position may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours of 0730-1630, to include: weekend support, TDYs, deployments for targeting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations.
Qualifications:
Required
- TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Relevant specialized training and Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- National Geospatial-lntelligence Agency (NGA) certified for target mensuration and the ability to maintain currency.
- An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle and kinetic and non-kinetic targeting.
- Experience conducting mensurated targeting graphics using NGA approved mensuration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
- Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.
Desired
- ODNI's Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)
- Experience with USCENTOM specific kinetic and non-kinetic tarting
- Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
- All-Source Intelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
- Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
