Applicants will conduct analysis of signals and associated emitters utilizing ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques. Correlates technically derived data including, but not limited to, one or more intelligence disciplines and with other information to determine the locations and identification of emitters.
• Identify and analyze technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign electronic warfare (EW) systems; deliver products and analysis in compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Use Intelligence Community (IC) and USAF analytical tools, techniques and collection mechanisms to track and analyze requirements.
• Perform research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Use various analytical techniques, web-enabled capabilities, databases, and applications to provide multi-ISR discipline products and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) support within prescribed timelines.
• Develop and coordinate requirements for tools that enhance analytical processes and exploit intelligence data using single-intelligence (INT) or multiple intelligence (multi-INT) data.
• Advise on the most advantageous way to gather and process EW data sets.
• Develop and maintain consistency in process, standards, and procedures with other ACC ISR units and end users
Applicants will coordinate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, and with the IC, DoD and Air Operation Centers (AOC) on long-term and short-term analysis for combat operation mission planning, ISR operations, foreign military capabilities, and the development of request for information (RFI) responses.
Required Qualifications:
• Possess current TS/SCI clearance eligibility and a CI Poly.
• BA/BS Degree and 6+ years of ELINT experience
Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the STARGATE signal processing and reporting application.
• Experience with USAF multi-ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) providing multi-INT analysis and support to Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning and ISR operations
• Experience with FISINT and TDNA exploitation and GALE application usage is highly desired.
