Trace Systems is seeking a Contract Man ager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Contract Manager will o versee and manage performance of a staff of 50+ technical subject matter experts (SMEs) providing technical support to US Pacific Command (PACOM) headquarters and the USFK J6.

Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is seeking a Contract Man ager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Contract Manager will o versee and manage performance of a staff of 50+ technical subject matter experts (SMEs) providing technical support to US Pacific Command (PACOM) headquarters and the USFK J6.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for staffing, formulating and enforcing work standards, creating personnel schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of delivery for products, projects, integrated solutions, and services.
- Be responsible for contract, project, and task order delivery to include profitability, revenue growth and financial performance.
- Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and other resources (both internally and externally) while being the primary liaison among customers, employees, and corporate leadership regarding status, deliverables, performance/quality, and personnel.
- Establish and maintain a documented set of disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for administering all TO efforts with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality delivery.
- Use key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted services, support management and decision-making, and facilitate communications.
- Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution. Provide timely status reporting. Results of contractor actions taken to improve performance should be tracked and lessons learned incorporated into applicable processes.
- Ensuring contract and performance compliance with United States Forces Korea (USFK) regulations
- Support identification and resolution of all security incidents occurring on USFK-managed assets
Minimum Qualifications
- An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Top Secret Security clearance.
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
- 5 or more years' experience managing engineering/cybersecurity contracts of 30 or more personnel.
- Minimum 24 semester hours of coursework in mathematics, electronics, and/or quantitative analysis.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) data sources including, but not limited to, cost reporting and Earned Value Management
- Willingness to travel on and off peninsula to attend meetings and working groups and to conduct security inspections.
Desired Qualification
- Experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) cyber/Information Technology (IT) programs
- Experience working in USFK and ensuring compliance with USFK regulations
- Experience working with Republic of Korea (ROK) forces
- Defense Language Institute (DLI) Qualification Level of 2/2/2 for Comprehension, Reading, and Speaking in Korean
Education
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 24 semester hours of coursework in mathematics, electronics, and/or quantitative analysis.
