RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Counterintelligence Strategic Engagement Expert in support of the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency. Place of performance is Quantico, VA. Travel outside the National Capital Region is anticipated to be approximately 10-15% on an annual basis. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Candidate will manage, direct and coordinate all aspects of strategy, analysis, collaboration, and oversight for Intelligence Community (IC) assets and professionals at the Department of Defense (DoD) and national levels, with the goal of developing, coordinating, and managing ongoing IC requirements.
- Candidate should have the ability to develop relationships with DoD Combatant Commands in identifying Critical Technologies Identification Project (CTIP) focusing on cleared contractors who provide technology and services which are essential to the success of the Geographic Combatant Command.
- Candidate should be familiar with and have the ability to provide support as a Strategic Coordinator on behalf of DCSA to include engagement with National Counterintelligence (CI) Officers (NICO) with the National CI, Security Center and International IC partners as necessary.
- Candidate will lead discussion and efforts in assessing threats and capabilities of prioritized Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) targets
- Candidate will provide regular review, as well as update and maintain Communities of Interest (COI) by identifying proper personnel, organizations and programs which reside within the DoD and IC. Additionally, candidates will perform regular liaison with DoD and law enforcement agencies to establish and/or enhance positive and effective inter-agency partnerships.
- Candidate will provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution an assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning is support of operations as well as provide inputs for the development of TTPs, CONOPS, COAs and other related documents
- Candidate will provide support to exercise planning, execution and evaluation to accomplish exercise training priorities as well as contribute to the development of exercise scenarios, exercise operational plans and other required documentation; Conduct research of current and emerging threats to US critical infrastructure and key resources.
- Minimum of 15 years of counterintelligence experience to include providing counterintelligence functional services to DoD entities or DoD contractors
- Experience with conducting or supporting counterintelligence investigations or counterintelligence inquiries
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations (MDCOs), Combatant Commands, and the National Counterintelligence and Security Center
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National-level, DoD, and MDCO policies that govern counterintelligence activities (E.O. 12333, DoD 5240 series, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of state based and global terrorist threats to DoD and DIB via experience in providing CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition and Critical Infrastructure Protection
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- TS/SCI clearance is required
