Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a highly skilled Verification Test Lead / Systems Analyst Level III to support the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the NIWC PAC Cyber Engineering & Integration Division. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SAP-based systems, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to lead both the planning and execution of system verification and validation testing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of testing and verification of applications and system software to identify deficiencies and risks throughout the system lifecycle.
- Conducting manual testing as part of the Navy ERP's Test and Evaluation Team.
- Authoring and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, test procedures, and test reports in accordance with organizational policies.
- Serving as the Deficiency Review Board (DRB) Co-Chair for manual testing.
- Coordinating program test activities and working closely with project managers, developers, engineers, business analysts, and requirements personnel to conduct both static and dynamic system testing.
- Evaluating test basis materials and supporting the refinement of requirements to ensure clarity, correctness, and testability.
- Creating and maintaining test plans that define the overall strategy, approach, test schedule, pass/fail criteria, environment architecture, and lab resource requirements.
- Analyzing test results, monitoring test progress, reporting status, communicating findings, briefing results, and recommending product readiness for follow-on test events or deployment.
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for testing Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Providing advice and recommendations on T&E policies, processes, and guidelines; conducting analysis; identifying deficiencies; recommending resolutions; and preparing and presenting reports.
- Mentoring contractor and government test team members on testing tools, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Active SECRET security clearance
- IAT Level II Certifications (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, SSCP) or higher
- Expert knowledge (8+ years) of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) for conducting functional and performance testing
- Expert-level experience (6+ years) of OpenText Application ALM Quality Center
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate test events, monitor test activities, track and report progress
- Expert knowledge of SAP solution manager (SolMan) suite
- Skilled in capturing test data, generating test metrics, analyzing test results, and analyzing acceptance criteria conditions
- Skilled in preparing test reports, preparing presentations, briefing results, providing overall assessments and making recommendations to stakeholders, customers, sponsors.
- Ability to identify, assess, and provide recommendations to resolve test deficiencies in a timely manner when identified.
- Ability to plan and execute verification and validation methods, and generate bi-directional traceability of requirements to tests.
- Skilled in creating test plans and conducting test design activities to generate test cases/procedures.
- Ability to execute test activities to include integration, system, functional, performance, acceptance.
