RealmOne is seeking an Operations Advisor to support a USG customer program.
This individual should have prior experience with the full intelligence cycle and be able to provide guidance and operational support while leveraging their own operational experience to provide context and perspective to current operational challenges and opportunities. Successful candidates will also bring experience in a region or functional area to help mentor less experienced officers in these specialized fields.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with taskings and project coordination
  • Assist with planning and execution of complex projects
  • Prepare assessments and make recommendations
  • Prepare and conduct briefings; provide advice on projects
  • Respond to field requests and draft communications to preserve/support operational equities.
  • Communicate and support operational requirements; provide interface between customer equities at home, in the field, and with other agencies on a geographic or transnational issue.
  • Manage and track cases; draft, coordinate, and/or monitor intelligence reports and production; provide timely guidance, including identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases; and demonstrate knowledge and/or proficiency in a geographical area or substantive issue.
  • Coordinate complex issues and actions across the customer organization and broader Federal Government organizations.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Sponsor research tools and techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and research results
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Customer-specific writing experience.
  • Experience with intelligence sources and collections.
  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
  • Customer operations certification
  • Overseas experience of at least two overseas tours or from extensive overseas TDY experience
  • Served as Chief or Referent for a specialized ops position
  • Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field office
  • Familiarity with intelligence operations, analysis, and support to field operations.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
