Job summary: As a Business and Financial Management (BFM) Analyst, the position will require: tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures;
generating Purchase Requests (PRs); developing spend plans; and preparing financial briefing material for a NAVSEA PEO USC PMS 525 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Ship Building program.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management
• Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with NAVSEA Program Office.
• Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.
• Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)
• Experience with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
• Experience using Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
• Experience using Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
• Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS)
• Experience using Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)
