KASTELLUM is seeking highly qualified Intelligence Collection Manager Expert to join our team in North Carolina supporting USSOCOM.

Job Description:
Intelligence Collection Manager Expert shall focus on all issues pertaining to collection and production management, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination and other issues.
Serve as a lead Collection Manager for special projects and assignments.
Develops, plans, supports, and provides guidance, assistance and oversight of all intelligence collections and production management functions, projects and activities to include training.
Performs Intelligence Collection management duties for routine, Special Access Program (SAP) and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. Develops collection plans/strategies, establishes priorities for collection and routinely assists the day-to-day activities of the command collection management activities.
Coordinates with appropriate national Intelligence Agencies, Combatant Command Joint Intelligence Centers, and Service Production centers advocation for inclusion of customer requirements in those activities standing collection and production requirements.
Actively assists in analyst/collector/collection management partnership forums to support all-source analysts on collection issues.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods. Will deploy ~120 days every 12-18 months.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten (10) years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
• Must possess a valid US passport
• Must have Collection Manager experience
• Must have completed a Collection Manager course (formal training).
• Must have experience in managing, controlling, and communicating with multiple ISR platforms simultaneously is beneficial. High stress position when deployed and requires someone with a level head who can handle large amounts of stress for short deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience.
• Expert Intelligence Collection Manager (CM) shall have advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Intelligence analysts shall have a deep

understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
• Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
• Must obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
• Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, requirements-based applications, tools, and databases to support collection, analytical efforts and product development.
• Shall possess ability to perform all aspects of collection management during
routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
• Strong background and firsthand experience are required in collection Management and/or Intelligence Reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of systems and capabilities from tactical to strategic-level pertaining to collection and production management.
• Shall have a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of intelligence personnel engaged in the intelligence collection management functions.
• Shall have a demonstrated ability to research and provide technical details for any technical intelligence data program or initiative.
• Shall provide oversight of processing, exploitation, and dissemination to include ingestion of data into web-based applications for network queries.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and intelligence and operational systems is required.
• Shall possess excellent briefing and executive level writing skills.
