Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$89,500-$188,000

The Opportunity:
We're looking for a TS/SCI with Poly cleared talented Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team developing next-generation mission management systems. You'll be at the forefront of cloud-native technology, working in an agile, continuous deployment environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices and user interfaces
- Implement new features and deploy using our automated DevSecOps pipeline
- Shape the architecture and technical direction of our cutting-edge projects
- Collaborate across the full stack of our product
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Framework) and JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js)
- Experience with MongoDB and other database systems
- Linux development environment expertise
- Microservice architecture knowledge
- Full-stack development capabilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Current Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Desired:
- DevOps processes and tools
- Container management (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Git/GitLab version control
- Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Test-Driven Development using tools like Cypress and Mockito
- Ability to work on-site in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
