The Garrett Group is seeking a highly motivated Joint Training Database Administrator to provide critical support for mission-focused training systems and database operations.
Job Description:
In this role, the selected candidate will support joint training and mission area training through comprehensive database administration. They will serve as a key organizational liaison for resolving issues related to the JKO Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with government personnel to ensure seamless operation and support. The administrator will oversee the full scope of Joint Training Database functions, including administration, analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination of database configuration. This includes managing a variety of training content such as education modules and compliance training materials to meet mission requirements.
The candidate will offer expert guidance to Command leadership on training database tools and maintain current knowledge of relevant vendor technologies. They will also act as the main point of contact for resolving database-related issues and ensuring efficient operation across teams. Additionally, the role involves training individuals and groups on their roles and responsibilities within the training database system. The administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of training database content, including course catalogs, learner records, registrations, transcripts, certifications, online learning materials, and other system data. Finally, the candidate will provide ongoing system troubleshooting and support to both users and administrators.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration, configuration management, and database analysis.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of training systems.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
