We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team. - Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving mental health goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and available resources.
- Participate in professional development and training to stay updated on best practices in counseling.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as a Clinical Counselor (LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in [State/Region].
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic techniques, and mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
