Clinical Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing emotional and mental health challenges. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and available resources.
• Participate in professional development and training to stay updated on best practices in counseling.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Clinical Counselor (LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in [State/Region].
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic techniques, and mental health disorders.
