Strategic Analysis is seeking a versatile, Recruiter to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of
paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables. This
support includes the following tasks:
o Using modern recruiting tools, research, identifying and engage passive talent to fill both active roles and opportunity hires
o Maintain thorough candidate records
o Effectively communicate or Sell candidates on the benefits of working for DARPA, generating excitement throughout the
recruitment process
o Build the DARPA brand through stellar candidate management and communication practices
o Support ATS implementation
o Build lasting connections with Key technical talent of interest to DARPA even if they are not immediately looking for a role
Full time on site (with potential option for some hybrid delivery after 4 months)
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education
Clearance:
Eligible for Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience:
8 years relevant experience
