Overview
Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) seeks a Multi-Discipline Intelligence Analyst to support United States Cyber Command. You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Intelligence and Operational Communities of Interest to develop access and exploitation analytical strategies against targets of interest. Our ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to conduct Target Systems Analysis, System of Systems Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis, and Critical Factor Analysis against mission-related networks. Applying knowledge gained, you will develop tailored
solutions for Access / Exploitation of targets. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work with a team to deliver analytical products (orally, visually, and written formats) in accordance with established Department of Defense (DoD) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute target analysis and research to identify targets of interest.
• Conduct operational research from various sources and datasets/metadata to identify, develop, and target mission-related nodes.
• Act as the lead analyst for multiple projects that entail operational planning, target development, CONOP development, and implementation.
• Participate in and support systems engineering and analysis, research, development, testing, and evaluation.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities using various Critical Factor Analysis techniques.
• Analyze data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.
• Develop tailored access and exploitation strategies against targets of interest.
• Create weaponeering solutions with known capabilities (existing and/or developmental) to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct gaps and seams analysis to identify additional intelligence and/or capability requirements.
• Deliver customized solutions via oral, visual, and written analytical products to support our client's requirements.
• Conduct regular cost/benefit assessments of Analysis of Alternatives to identify superior solutions
Basic Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility. And be willing to take a CI-Scope Polygraph. All potential applicants for this position must be willing to submit to periodic drug testing and a CI Scope Polygraph as a condition of employment.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, with demonstrated success in synthesizing information across multiple intelligence disciplines (INTs).
• BA or BS degree in a related field OR at least 6 years of equivalent technical experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years staff experience collaborating across directorates at a combatant command, service headquarters, intelligence agency or associated higher headquarters.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating with Operations (J3, S3, G3, etc.) and Plans (J5, S5, G5, etc.) staffs.
• Experienced in briefing stakeholders at the tactical, technical, operational, and executive levels.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition, R&D, and test/evaluation processes.
• Skilled in HUMINT/CI, SIGINT, DOMEX, or Collection Management.
• Targeting experience across multiple INTs (excluding imagery intelligence).
• Familiarity with Electronic Warfare (EW), ELINT, SIGINT, and limited HUMINT.
• Experience in Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and Intelligence Requirements Determination (IRD) processes.
