Responsibilities:

Syntelligent is seeking a Senior-level Order of Battle MIDB Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance and a current CI Poly (highly preferred) to support work at a government facility in Charlottesville, VA.

Anticipated Salary Range: $105,000-120,000

Duties Include:

• Researching, exploiting, organizing, prioritizing, producing, and disseminating General Military Intelligence information to support the IPRC mission.
• Employing analytic skills to assess a wide range of topics such as military capabilities, order of battle, infrastructure, and their respective impact on force development in the Indo-Pacific region.
• Applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified intelligence work methods, approaches, or procedures; and the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions to complex issues and/or problems.
• Preparing finished intelligence products, including foundational all source assessments within the MIDB, information papers, articles, intelligence notes, and briefing slides.
• Contacting and coordinating with analysts outside IPRC to collaborate on written products.
• Driving collection support through IIR evaluations and SDRs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in intelligence
• 6+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
• 4+ years of experience with research and analysis
• 3+ years of experience in the Indo-Pacific AOR
• Experience working in the DoD
• Experience with engaging senior government and military officials
• Senior-level experience with Order of Battle Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)
• Experience with IIRs, IIR Evaluations, and SDRs.
• Expert knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles and practices in political and military issues, and the skills necessary to apply such knowledge to difficult and complex assignments
• Familiarity with intelligence-related IT systems and databases.
• Comprehensive knowledge of analytical methodologies such as forecasting and trend analysis
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Additional/Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related discipline
• Knowledge of Indo-Pacific AOR General Military Capabilities
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated briefing skills
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
