Background

• Experience in working in collaborative environment with various external partners
• Background knowledge and experience in SIGINT sub-disciplines: COMINT and Network/Protocol analysis
• Background in tradecraft and analytic development
• Familiar with modern RF and communication technologies
• Familiar with collection and tasking flow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical science, or a related technical field plus 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Have completed relevant military training : 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)
• Graduated from a relevant training program such as the military COMINT signals analysis program (MCSAP), military BLINT signals analysis program (MESAP), or military OpELINT signals analysis program
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems

Preferred

• Proficient in software tools: SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK
