Background

• Supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints
• Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation
• Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements

• 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience working within Agile software development environment

Preferred

• Previous consulting experience
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Change Management &Communications (Intermediate)
• Lean six sigma certification
