RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber) is seeking an IC Integration Analyst to concentrate their efforts on the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF), which consists of Intelligence topics approved by the President; a process for assigning priorities to countries and non-state actors relevant to the approved intelligence topics; and a matrix showing those priorities. The NIPF process is administered by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Responsibilities for this position should include, but are not limited to:

• The individual will interact with ODNI, elements of OUSD (I&S) as well as with Intelligence Combat Support Agencies, the NRO, Joint Staff, and military services.
• The individual should be comfortable interacting with these entities, handling administrative-related tasks (i.e., maintain contact lists, answer basic questions, scheduling, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring recipients have necessary information0 and have interpersonal skills working within a professional environment.
• The candidate will provide assistance in the policy coordination process, assessing strategy, policy, and intelligence requirements and priorities; program analysis to develop frameworks and methodologies integrating and assessing defense intelligence needs and priorities; and its oversight, analysis, development, and promulgation of policy
• The individual receives direction from a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader (DISL) within Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs (BASP), and performs tasks based on direct from this individual as well as direction/instructions provided by ODNI.
• The individual will interact with ODNI as well as with Intelligence Combat Support Agencies, the NRO, Joint Staff, and military services. As such, the individual should be comfortable interacting with these entities, handling administrative-related tasks (i.e., maintain contact lists, answer basic questions, scheduling, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring recipients have necessary information) and have interpersonal skills working within a professional environment.
• The DISL also would likely use the IC Integration Analyst to help with the administrative efforts associated with the Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG) program, which is also administered by ODNI. Experience working with the CIG would be welcomed.
• Candidate should have an understanding of the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF) and Intelligence Community (IC) Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Evaluation (IPPBE) process.

Requirements for this position shall include:

• Minimum of 5 years combined intelligence and security experience at the defense operational level.
• TS/SCI is required.
• Knowledge and experience working within the IC is necessary. Having worked within any of the five distinct Intelligence Operations disciplines is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (writing and briefing)
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience serving in Military staff is preferable.
