Job Description:
Practice/Technical Director provides technology and industry leadership on large and/or more complex IT engagements. Technical Director leads enterprise wide solution engagements for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Develops an integrated and robust solution based on customer needs combining GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third party components. Provides subject matter experience to assist customer through difficult business decisions. Designs, configures and implements all aspects of the full stack architecture delivering innovative solutions by combining Oracle best practices, knowledge in IT product offerings, and business acumen. Recommends enhancements to meet complex customer needs.

Required Experience:
- 10 + years experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle’s database (10 – current). Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
- Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery.
- Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.
- BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent year’s experience.
- Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills.
