Enterprise System Integrator

Duties:

Leads, facilitates, and collaborates with cross functional teams on information technology and communications systems Investments across the Joint Staff and the joint environment, and support studies of combined and joint military operations conducted across the spectrum of war with particular emphasis in communications operability and overall systems operability. Experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) and drafting Program Objective Memorandum's (POM) is desirable. Familiarity with the Enterprise Task Management System 2.0 (ETMS2), or Task Management Tool, and other Knowledge Management tools is desirable. Superior writing skills are required as well as experience drafting correspondence for senior military and civilian decision makers and preparing position papers and power point presentations involving existing and projected communications capabilities, course of action analysis, and feasibility assessments for communications and I.T. systems. Shall be responsible for employing and maintaining selected models and simulations (to include their data bases) specifically designed to analyze some aspect of military operations, communications, and IT Systems management. Must have a detailed knowledge in military doctrine, planning and operational employment of forces - combat arms, combat support, and combat service support. Applies broad understanding of military command and control and force structure at the unified and specified level (joint commands) to the joint planning process and mission analysis.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited college or operational experience including planning and executing combined and joint operations at the theater or component level. 10 years overall experience, minimum 5 years specific experience in IT systems management, managing project transitions in accordance with the Defense Acquisition System Lifecycle and PPB&E process, and should have experience working in any of the military branches of the Department of Defense. Joint Staff, COCOM experience, and PMP certification desired. Experience as an Action Officer is desirable.

Selected candidates must possess a TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.
