Senior All Source Analyst

Required experiences :

• Shall independently produce current all-source intelligence analyses to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of regional or functional national security issues and developments in the USCENTCOM AOR and AOI states and actors.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Applies pattern analysis to large data sets. Produces IC coordinated all-source intelligence products on non-state actors such as terrorist and insurgency groups and their activities worldwide. Includes, but is not limited to, identifying, exposing, and exploiting terrorist /insurgent planning, operations, and vulnerabilities.
• Conducts all-source analysis of foreign state and non-state actors in support of U.S. counter proliferation efforts.
• Produces analytic assessments for the IC, DoD, and other U.S. and allied government agencies and coalition forces on counter proliferation.
• Performs supply chain vulnerability analysis as well as procurement needs for programs.
• Access, review, collate, correlate, corroborate, analyze, and maintain a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports, finished intelligence products/reports and intelligence/operational data necessary for intelligence analysis, production, application, and dissemination.
• Produce tailored intelligence products using source material from a wide variety of, but not limited to DoD, Interagency, Law Enforcement, and Allied/Coalition organizations and assist in the final editing/processing/release/posting of finished products and the application of these products in operations and planning.
• Provide near-term and current analysis on regional terrorist organizations, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), illicit networks, insurgent groups and related activities.
• Provide qualified target intelligence, utilizing all-source intelligence to develop Target System Analysis (TSA), targets, and compile and maintain target lists.
• Assist with the development of targeting strategies.
• Support the target vetting and validation process.
• Conduct all-source analysis for Battle Damage
• Assessment (BDA) and assist with Combat Assessment (CA).
• Perform tasks that include preparing significant intelligence reports, preparing responses to requests for information, data entry into intelligence databases (e.g. IC Palantir), provide link and nodal analysis products, network studies, and predictive and historical analysis.
• Provide input to collection management, assessing current collection, advise tasking of collection platforms and assets.
• Identify collection gaps, trends, and opportunities; test assumptions, and recommend refined collection.
• Supports development of collection strategies that leverage multiple disciplines to fulfill intelligence gaps.
• Review and evaluate collection and evaluate sources.
• Assess information and provide recommendations and analysis regarding the accuracy, completeness, and analytic fidelity of All Source Intelligence.
• Collect, review, and analyze intelligence to determine if adequate information flow exists and identify potential gaps.
• Recommend solutions to determine effective and efficient strategies.
• Perform all tasks that result in or support input to target development, target systems analysis, critical vulnerabilities analysis to include but not limited to drafting vulnerabilities assessments and other supporting intelligence products.

Job Requirements

Required education:

• Bachelor or Masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI.

• USCENTCOM HQ, MacDill AFB, FL.
