Description :
- Shall assist with coordinating all activities associated with dissemination of intelligence products to and from foreign partners, U.S. Government agencies (including the IC), liaison with HQs (higher, adjacent, combined), components, and supported organizations.
- Shall assist with conducting foreign disclosure review and adjudication of USCENTCOM J2 products for AOR/non-AOR partners.
- Under the oversight and approval of the U.S. Government, shall provide dedicated support necessary to ensure classified information and Controlled Unclassified Information is properly disclosed or released to foreign governments or international organizations IAW the National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1), and applicable DoD, IC, and USCENTCOM policies.
- Shall review all USCENTCOM standard and ad hoc disclosure requests for substantive justification and proper formatting.

- Shall provide personnel with significant experience as a Foreign Disclosure Officer or Representative to provide support strictly limited to USCENTCOM J2 finished intelligence products.
- Support timely foreign disclosure approval and decision making for USCENTCOM J2 releasable products.
- Obtain and maintain required training and designation from the USCENTCOM FDO to serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) dedicated to the USCENTCOM J2 finished intelligence process.
- Work with the Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) system and other U.S. Government systems to efficiently and effectively review overall releasable classified products to enable timely publication and delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with Write for Release, Disseminations, USCENTCOM J2 analysts, and USCENTCOM J2 review chains to assist with successfully authoring specific releasable levels of production to address USCENTCOM J2 requirements.
- Expected to stay appraised of all FDO sharing agreements and policies to provide accurate judgement and recommendations.
Job Requirements
Desired experience:
- Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired education:
- Desired master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
