Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Non-Kinetic Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client.

  • Shall conduct non-kinetic targeting intelligence functions IAW DoD policy, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, and USCENTCOM policies/standards. Personnel will be required to conduct extensive analysis using all source intelligence research and analysis in order to perform basic, intermediate, and advanced target development in support of non-lethal engagements. The contractor shall adhere to established product formats, fulfill production deadlines, and meet response suspense. Once contractor personnel arrive for duty, they may be required to attend additional qualification training.
  • Create cyber target development for counter-terrorism and conventional targets via targeting intelligence functions outlined in DoD policy, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, and USCENTCOM policies/standards.
  • Facilitate staff processes through coordination, integration, and action of cyber targeting.
  • Conduct analysis to ensure the targeting enterprise is accomplishing missions IAW the USCENTCOM CDR's guidance.
  • Provide intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic cyber target development.
  • Advise the Intelligence Operations Division and Targets Branch Chief on matters pertaining to cyber target intelligence.
  • Provide primary input and analysis to the JIOC on cyber targeting issues.
  • Assist and advise on matters pertaining to cyber target material production and Department of Defense Intelligence Production Program (DoDIPP) targeting responsibilities.
  • Facilitate staff processes such as coordination, integration, and action. Interact daily with the USCENTCOM J2 Directorate and applicable USCENTCOM J3 Divisions for cyber targeting issues.
  • Provide substantive area expertise to ongoing cyber intelligence issues and missions to DoD, National level, USCENTCOM, component decision makers/planners, and intelligence analysts/collectors. Support the cyber target intelligence studies and programs dealing with USCENTCOM's target development.
  • Maintain continual liaison with directorates, national agency analysts, and other analysts within and subordinate to USCENTCOM.
  • Maintain Cyber SOP for all personnel performing duties within Targeting.
  • Review and provide input to Joint Staff action taskers, to include joint targeting publications, manuals, and instructions.
  • This subtask may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours of 0730-1630, to include: weekend support, TDYs, deployments for targeting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations.


Job Requirements

Desired experience:
  • Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired education:
  • Desired master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI.
