Celestar Corporation is seeking aSenior-level CI Specialist supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• The contractor shall author, coordinate, and/or review Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS) cables and Contact reports in support of CI/HUMINT Operations Support and CI/HUMINT Source Management.
• In support of this subtask, the contractor shall: Author, assemble, coordinate, and schedule CI/HUMINT asset validation events in support of HUMINT asset validation and HUMINT source management.
• Provide recommendations to the U.S. Government regarding CI/HUMINT asset validation events.
• Conduct counterintelligence asset validation and risk assessment analysis for source operations.
• Represent products at source review panels.
• Maintain the counterintelligence operational picture of deployed counterintelligence activities ISO the USCENTCOM J2 Consolidated Intelligence Communication Center (CICC) in CI collection operations management.
Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education : Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
