Mandatory Skills:

1. Previous scanning experience is required
2. Must have strong attention to detail with focus in QC and Indexing
3. Ability to use various scanning and viewing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and quality while meeting goals and requirements
4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
5. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team member
6. Must have an understanding of security requirements and be able to adhere to them
7. Exceptional Customer service skills
8. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
9. Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
10. Extensive knowledge in the use of MS Office, the Internet, and other internal applications necessary to complete routine and moderately complex tasks.
11. Excellent working knowledge of computer software to include search capability.

Optional Skills:

1. Working knowledge of customer systems preferred
2. Proficient in digitizing all types of film to include, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards.
