Exp Federal is hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a full‑time opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will lead quality, safety, and schedule execution on a complex federal construction project, including implementing UFGS 01 45 00.00 QC requirements and EM 385‑1‑1 safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage drawings and specifications, develop QC and safety plans, lead meetings and safety briefings, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee construction through punch list closeout. Qualifications: Construction Management degree, 7+ years of commercial construction experience, and the ability to obtain an Interim or Final TS clearance.
