Required Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. #QinetiQClearedJob At least 3 years of technical knowledge and experience with DoD property accountability requirements and property asset management procedures. Strong technical knowledge of the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), formerly known as the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). At least 2 years of hands-on ELMS/DPAS technical experience as an: Accountable Property Officer (APO) Deputy APO Property Administrator Proven ability to author clear and concise technical documentation, including regulations, manuals, SOPs, and related materials. Preferred Qualifications: Property accountability experience within a Defense Agency or U.S. military branch (USSF, USAF, USA, USN, or USMC). PMP certification or hands-on project management experience. Familiarity with SDA’s mission, the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA), and supporting ground systems.
