Hello, I’m reaching out to share a Systems / Network Engineer opportunity with CIS Secure that may be of interest based on the ClearanceJobs Groups you are a member of. This is a full-time role in Ashburn, VA supporting a U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy program focused on the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) Counter-UAS Virtual Trainer. The team is building and integrating JLTV-based MADIS mock-up vehicles used for immersive, realistic virtual training. The role involves hands-on system and network integration, hardware assembly, testing, demonstrations, logistics, and documentation in a secure DoD environment. You’d support the development of a networked training system connecting Navy and USMC facilities and work closely with defense partners on a mission-critical program. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of systems, network, or defense engineering experience, familiarity with DoD IT/networking, and experience with hardware integration and system-level testing. Experience with tactical vehicles, military platforms, or virtual training systems is a plus. At minimum, an active Secret clearance is required. Travel: ~10% Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite (some telework possible) If this aligns with what you’re currently exploring, I’d be happy to share additional details or discuss next steps.
