Raytheon’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Deputy Systems Verification Lead to support Long Range Radars within the System Integration & Test organization. This role supports advanced X-Band Radar technology, focusing on requirements verification, systems integration, and test execution. What You’ll Do: Support the Systems Verification Lead with scope planning, milestones, and schedules Execute requirements verification, integration, and test activities Develop scenarios for testing, data analysis, and software support Collaborate across systems engineering and software teams to resolve technical issues Present to program leadership and external customers Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team performance Coordinate across functions to remove roadblocks and ensure execution Basic Qualifications: STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix Background in DOORS, system integration, verification, and test Technical or functional leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience presenting data analysis to leadership and customers Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps and sprint-based execution Experience with risk and opportunity management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Experience with X-Band Radar systems, integration, and test execution This is an opportunity to contribute to advanced radar capabilities while working across engineering disciplines and supporting critical defense programs.
