I hope you're doing well! ISI is seeking a Construction Manager- Engineer/Architect for a project at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL. This opportunity is the proposal stage and will support the VA's mission to modernize their EHRM system.
The Construction Manager- Engineer/Architect will provide owner's representative construction management services. Experience with IT infrastructure design and installation; HVAC and electrical upgrades; major renovations; and VA design and construction standards is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have medical facility experience and/or experience with retrofitting computer/server rooms for upgraded equipment.

The salary range for this position is open to negotiation, however we are targeting $130,000-$140,000 based on market data.
