Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor Location: Gaithersburg, MD Shift: Mon. - Fri., 7:00am - 3:00pm ET & additional hours as needed for site operations SCIS is seeking an energetic Supervisor responsible for overseeing shift operations within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) at an assigned client site. What You'll Do: Supervise GSOC analysts monitoring alarms, access control, and surveillance systems Lead 24/7 shift operations, including handovers and incident escalation/documentation Coordinate incident response with internal teams and external agencies Deliver shift briefings on threat intelligence and situational awareness Ensure compliance with GSOC policies and system readiness Support investigations, post-incident reporting, and analyst training Reach out for more details!
