Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is looking for a Building Facilities Specialist in Arlington, VA, and this role requires an active U.S. Security Clearance. This position supports multiple IDT locations (classified and unclassified spaces) and includes travel up to 20%. Key Responsibilities: • Support facilities operations across secure and non-secure spaces • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and building management • Respond to facility-related issues and employee requests • Assist with office moves, seating assignments, and workstation setups • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and security requirements • Support events, demos, and facility logistics What We’re Looking For: • Active U.S. Security Clearance (required) • 5+ years in facilities coordination, office management, or related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field Preferred: • CMMS experience • OSHA/EHS certifications If you hold an active clearance and are interested in supporting a mission-focused organization advancing critical DoD programs, I’d love to connect. We're hiring a Cybersecurity Program Manager to support mission-critical DoD programs out of our Fall River, MA office. An active U.S. Security Clearance is required. Role Overview: The Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead cybersecurity projects end-to-end, work directly with high-value DoD customers, guide DevSecOps practices, oversee RMF/ATO efforts, and provide technical leadership around secure CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability assessment, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cybersecurity programs from initiation through delivery • Serve as the primary customer interface for security-focused projects • Integrate cybersecurity into DevOps/DevSecOps environments • Embed security controls and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Conduct and manage software/infrastructure vulnerability assessments • Support DoD RMF, ATO packages, system categorization, and eMASS documentation • Deliver risk-based recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, InfoSec, Engineering, or related • 5+ years as a Cyber PM, ISSM, Program Manager, or technical cyber lead • Active U.S. Security Clearance (required) • Hands-on cyber leadership experience within DevOps/DevSecOps • Experience handling ATO packages, RMF steps, NIST SP 800-53 • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) • Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability scanning, and risk analysis Preferred Experience: • Navy cybersecurity programs (RAISE, ASAP, Continuous ATO) • SaaS/cloud security service delivery • Threat modeling, red teaming, incident response planning • Scripting or IaC (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible) If you meet these requirements and think you will be a good fit, please message me.
