Hi. MCSG Technologies is hiring Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Developers to support U.S. Space Force exercises, mission-focused events, and advanced space operations training at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. These positions play a key role in developing realistic space scenarios and simulation environments used to evaluate mission effectiveness, support operational readiness, and enhance warfighter training across the Space Force. We currently have openings on two programs (OTTI and 3IS III) supporting USSF exercise development, scenario creation, M&S integration, and next-generation space warfighting capabilities. We're looking for professionals with experience in: ✅ STK, ODTK, SWARM, Paladin, or similar M&S tools ✅ Orbital analysis, space domain awareness, mission planning, or space operations ✅ Building orbital, terrestrial, electromagnetic, or communications models/simulations ✅ Python, MATLAB, Perl, or similar scripting languages ✅ DoD/USSF exercises, wargaming, training, or operational test events ✅ Active TS/SCI clearance Salary Ranges: • OTTI: $140K-$155K • 3IS III: $144K-$168K Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO (On-Site) Preferred experience includes STK Level III, Orbital Analyst certification, Space 300, Advanced Orbital Mechanics coursework, SDA/EW/SCN/missile warning mission areas, and experience providing technical instruction or developing technical documentation. Hi, MCSG Technologies is hiring a Full Stack Developer to support operational test and evaluation efforts at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO. 💰 Salary: $110K-$120K 📍 Location: On-site, Colorado Springs, CO 🔒 Clearance: Active Secret required; ability to obtain TS/SCI ✅ Certification: Security+ (IAT II) required In this role, you'll build and enhance software tools that collect, process, correlate, and analyze data from multiple platforms. You'll work directly with government and contractor teams to develop user-friendly applications that streamline data analysis and reporting for critical space and defense missions.
