Subcontracts Administrator

This position requires interfacing with Subcontractors, Contract Administrators, Accounting, Program Control, and Program Managers. Successful candidate will also be required to administer cradle-to-grave subcontracts and consultant agreements to include RFP development, drafting agreements, negotiations, administration, documentation, and closeout of agreements in accordance with Radiance policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements.

Required Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Word and Excel

• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and various contract types (IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, OTAs, Cost, T&M and Fixed Price)

• Familiarity with various contract types (CPFF, CPFF-LOE CPAF, FFP, T&M, FP-LOE)
• Experience with CPSR requirements including audit preparation and support
• Basic familiarity with small business subcontracting programs

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Additional years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree on a year for year basis)
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with government contracts or subcontracts

Desired Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and good organization skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and competing deadline environment
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Unanet ERP experience a plus
• Knowledge of contract/subcontract close out process
• Additional subcontract experience is highly desired
