Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms and models to solve critical mission and business challenges.
• Deploy, schedule, monitor, and iteratively retrain machine learning models to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Leverage cutting-edge generative AI, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 2+ years
• Total Compensation: $231k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop and implement AI/ML models capable of learning, predicting, and integrating with data management pipelines.
• Build, train, evaluate, and productize models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AWS Bedrock.
• Apply programming expertise in languages including Python, Java, C++, and R.
• Implement Generative AI, RAG techniques, and agent orchestration to automate workflows and optimize data reuse.
• Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to geographically diverse teams as a key point of contact for AI-related initiatives.
• Apply foundational practices in software engineering, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance.
