Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ECS Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions (ECS). This role requires a detailed-oriented individual who can identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across our organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect organizational data and systems.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts, events, and logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and processes.
• Respond to security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and develop remediation plans.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on ECS.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Clearance Requirement: Secret clearance required.
