SHR Consulting Group, LLC is a small business delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and program management services to the Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies. We support mission-critical infrastructure at the Pentagon and across the National Capital Region, and we invest in our people through competitive compensation, professional certification support, and long-term career growth on stable, multi-year programs.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support the management, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP) program. The Deputy Program Manager will provide programmatic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of enterprise IT services, encompassing platform and core infrastructure operations, investigative search support, mission application operations and maintenance, enterprise messaging, mainframe services, regional IT operations, and IT service continuity and disaster recovery. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across technical teams, maintaining service delivery standards, and supporting the availability, reliability, and security of mission-critical IT systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, proven program management experience, and the ability to effectively engage government stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure contractual requirements, performance objectives, and mission priorities are achieved. This position is full-time onsite at the Pentagon and requires an active Secret clearance or higher to start.

Ensure technical activities align with program objectives, customer requirements, and established performance standards.
Identify operational challenges and collaborate with technical leadership to implement effective solutions.
Government Customer Engagement & Contract Compliance

Maintain effective working relationships with DISA JSP government representatives, contracting personnel, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership.
