Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ECS Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions (ECS). This role requires a detailed-oriented individual who can identify, analyze, and mitigate security threats across our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network traffic and security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and develop recommendations for mitigation.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop security strategies to protect organizational assets.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on ECS.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Clearance Requirement:
This position requires a Secret clearance. The ability to obtain a Secret clearance is essential.
