Description: On-site in Anaheim, CA Our client seeks a Junior Database Administrator and Applications Developer/Analyst to support the City of Anaheim accounting and finance systems. This role involves working with database management and application development to ensure efficient operations and support for city financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain database systems for the City of Anaheim
• Develop and implement applications to support accounting and finance operations
• Ensure data integrity and security of financial systems
• Collaborate with city staff to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Perform database optimization and performance tuning
• Create and maintain documentation for database and application systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in database administration and application development
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems
• Experience with application development frameworks and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:
