We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience supporting datalink, communications, or tactical systems in a defense environment. This position will work onsite at Pax River supporting the integration, testing, and continued development of mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
Support engineering activities involving datalink and communications systems.
Assist with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical analysis.
Evaluate electrical and system-level performance and identify potential integration issues.
Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support system development and fielding.
Develop and review technical documentation, test procedures, and engineering requirements.
Troubleshoot hardware, interfaces, and communications-related issues.
Support technical meetings, design reviews, and testing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience with datalink, communications, RF, avionics, or related defense systems.
Knowledge of systems integration and engineering principles.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working with military or DoD systems is preferred.
Active Secret through Top Secret clearance required.
Ability to work onsite at Patuxent River, Maryland.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
